Graduate Foundation Programme

Our selection process helps us to identify the people who will flourish and get the most out of a career at MindShare. We have put in place a comprehensive development programme that provides a solid foundation for a successful career path.

Through our graduate training programme we rapidly develop graduates to acquire the skills they need to become a valued and competent member of our team. This programme includes learning about all the departments within MindShare, an assigned mentor during your first year, plus the added bonus of your own
learning and social network called GenerationM.

We provide a comprehensive 18 month structured modular development programme to graduate entrants.

	It was amazing to join a company that has a group of like-minded people. There is a network called GenerationM which is for graduates across all departments at MindShare. We get great opportunities to learn and socialise. We have a fantastic client list and great briefs to work on. I always feel challenged and inspired. I was particularly impressed with how accessible the senior management is. The CEO takes the time to have breakfast meetings with groups of people from all levels and I am so impressed that he’s willing to listen and more importantly implement our ideas.
