comprehensive development programme that provides a solid foundation for a successful career path.
Through our graduate training programme we rapidly develop graduates to acquire the skills they need to become a valued and competent member of our team. This programme includes learning about all the departments within MindShare, an assigned mentor during your first year, plus the added bonus of your own
learning and social network called GenerationM.
We provide a comprehensive 18 month structured modular development programme to graduate entrants.
