Mark Creighton, CEO
Mark is responsible for bringing Mindshare's unique structure to life and creating new ways of working that generate additional value for our clients. He leads integration across our core divisions; The Exchange, Business Planning and Invention and ensures Mindshare structure and processes continue to standout for our clients.
Matt Andrews, CSO
Matt joined Mindshare in late 2011, having worked for entertainment clients such as Channel 4, Sky and ITV. Matt is responsible for delivering communication strategy and innovative media thinking.
Nick Ashley, Head of Client Leadership
Nick is responsible for ensuring our clients receive best-in-class servicing and account management. He also heads up a range of accounts and has recently spent time on Nike, Homebase, News International, Home Retail Group and TK Maxx.
David Walsh, Head of Business Planning
David heads up Mindshare's strategy, consultancy and analytics division. His focus is on ROI, budget setting, brand valuation, media measurement and fact-based decision making. He also heads up a range of accounts including HSBC, first direct, Land Rover and Jaguar.
Paul Rowlinson, Head of Exchange
Paul is the head of our buying department, responsible for getting best value for our clients across all media channels. He is also a core member of the GroupM trading team, helping negotiate better media value across TV, cinema and online video spend.
Alistair Green, Head of Strategy
Alistair heads up Mindshare's Strategy department, a dedicated team of 10 brand strategists whose clients include HSBC, Hutchison 3, Unilever, Nestlé, Volvo, Nike, News International, Jaguar and Land Rover, Warburtons, ITV, first direct, Mazda, BP.
Louise Richardson, Director of Marketing (currently on maternity leave)
Louise is responsible for Mindshare's external and internal communications and works alongside the new business team to help Mindshare engage new clients. She is responsible for producing Huddle, where Mindshare throws open its doors to original thinkers across the communications, technology and creative industries.
Nick Adams, Head of Digital Development
Nick is responsible for developing our digital products and services to meet our clients' needs both now and in the future, and to position Mindshare as a leader in the UK digital market. He is also focused on crafting integrated digital strategies for clients which leverage the opportunities afforded by the latest digital platforms, technologies and user behaviours.
Jo Lyall, Joint Head of Client Leadership
Jo is focused on leading and developing our paid, owned and earned media planning product. With her background in digital, content and social she is uniquely positioned to bring this expertise right into the heart of our planning product.
James Weatherill, Head of B2B
James has over 14 years' experience in both client and agency side marketing across a range of vertical industries such as Financial Services, IT Software/Hardware, FMCG, Automotive, Utilities and Charity. James' work in B2B proactively affects the fortunes of our clients businesses by generating ideas that create richer more memorable experiences.
Rosie Faulkner, Client Partner
Rosie is a Client Partner running the Nestlé Account. Rosie has spent over 20 years building communications strategies and plans across FMCG, Retail and COI Planning.
Suzy Jordan, Client Partner
Suzy is the Client Partner responsible for the Unilever account, working on their 30+ brands to deliver innovative solutions across paid, owned and earned media. Suzy has 16 years' experience in media, working both agency and media owner side across a wide range of categories including motors, charity, financial services and FMCG.
David Seabrook, Client Partner
David is one of Mindshare's Client Partners with responsibility for clients such as Hutchison 3, the Ford Group, PepsiCo and AMEX. David's speciality is integrating portfolio accounts with a number of diverse sub brands especially those that span brand and direct.
