Jed Glanvill, Regional Leader & CEO

Jed became Managing Director of Mindshare UK in 2003 and was then promoted to CEO in October 2005.  In February 2011 Jed took the position of EMEA Regional Leader responsible for the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal and South Africa.

Jed is a member of the UK IPA Media Futures Group with responsibility for Digital.

Mark Creighton, COO

Mark is responsible for bringing Mindshare's unique structure to life and creating new ways of working that generate additional value for our clients. He leads integration across our core divisions; The Exchange, Business Planning and Invention and ensures Mindshare structure and processes continue to standout for our clients.

Ita Murphy, Managing Director

Ita has a wealth of experience from more than 20 years within the industry. She manages key client relationships and makes sure the agency delivers on its promises every day.

She was made Managing Director in 2006.

Nick Ashley, Head of Client Leadership

Nick is responsible for ensuring our clients receive best-in-class servicing and account management. He also heads up a range of accounts and has recently spent time on Nike, Homebase, News International, Home Retail Group and TK Maxx.

David Walsh, Head of Business Planning

David heads up Mindshare's strategy, consultancy and analytics division. His focus is on ROI, budget setting, brand valuation, media measurement and fact-based decision making.  He also heads up a range of accounts including HSBC, first direct, Land Rover and Jaguar.

Paul Rowlinson, Head of Exchange

Paul is the head of our buying department, responsible for getting best value for our clients across all media channels. He is also a core member of the GroupM trading team, helping negotiate better media value across TV, cinema and online video spend.

Christopher Lockwood, Head of Invention

Christopher joined Mindshare in early 2010, his brief is to expand and develop Mindshare's creative, content and non-traditional marketing solutions department.

Lucy Stafford, Head of Direct/B2B/Regional

Lucy heads up Mindshare's dedicated planning and buying team of 35 Direct, B2B and Local/Regional specialists, working for Everest, HSBC, First Direct, Hutchison 3, Nestlé and Volvo.

Alistair heads up Mindshare's Strategy department, a dedicated team of 10 brand strategists whose clients include HSBC, Hutchison 3, Unilever, Nestlé, Volvo, Nike, News International, Jaguar and Land Rover, Warburtons, ITV, first direct, Mazda, BP.

Jo is focused on leading and developing our paid, owned and earned media planning product.  With her background in digital, content and social she is uniquely positioned to bring this expertise right into the heart of our planning product.

Rosie is a Client Partner running the Nestlé Account.  Rosie has spent over 20 years building communications strategies and plans across FMCG, Retail and COI Planning.

Suzy is the Client Partner responsible for the Unilever account, working on their 30+ brands to deliver innovative solutions across paid, owned and earned media.  Suzy has 16 years' experience in media, working both agency and media owner side across a wide range of categories including motors, charity, financial services and FMCG.

David is one of Mindshare's Client Partners with responsibility for clients such as Hutchison 3, the Ford Group, PepsiCo and AMEX.  David's speciality is integrating portfolio accounts with a number of diverse sub brands especially those that span brand and direct.
